You’re be a qualified Parts Advisor with at least 2 years’ experience

About the role

Working within a small team, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure technicians remain productive, ensure electronic up-sell VHCs are completed promptly.

As a Parts Consultant, you will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related matters. You will be customer focused, and able to prioritise your workload to ensure you meet customer’s expectations.

To have main dealer experience as a Parts Consultant with at least 2 years experience

Preferably to have Autoline / Kerridge experience

To have a valid driving licence

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to continue to expand our Mansfield Suzuki showroom.

About the Role

Ideally you will be able to –

Train and motivate all members of the Sales team
Achieve and strive to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team.
Organise and lead the activities of Sales department to achieve optimum profitability, customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Ensure the Sales department maximises the profitable sale of finance, insurance, GAP, accessories, extended warranties and other add-ons.
Hold regular meetings to discuss and implement goals.
Provide input and implement marketing with the Marketing Executive.
