New Hilux has a striking new design with stronger road presence and benefits from a new 2.8l 201bhp (500NM) powertrain, available with six speed manual or automatic transmission. There are improvements in on and off road driving performance with a particular focus on ride comfort plus significant equipment upgrades.
Hilux’s one tonne payload and 3.5 tonne towing capacity are delivered across all three body types: Single Cab, Extra Cab and Double Cab.

The new Hilux retains its well-known grade line-up
Starting with Active grade a redesigned front end is introduced alongside Toyota Safety Sense and the introduction of the more efficient stop-start engine, previously only found on higher grades.
Building from the competitive Active, the Icon grade will now benefit from the latest Multimedia 19 software including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto coupled with a new 8″ Toyota Touch2 screen. New 17″ alloy wheels have been added along with an automatic Limited Slip-differential to improve driving on low-grip surfaces in 2WD.
The Invincible grade is the entry point for the new 2.8l engine, where it will be offered in addition to the existing 2.4l engine. These vehicles will also see the addition of front and rear parking sensors, new 18″ alloy wheels, heated front seats and LED rear lights.
The range-topping Invincible X comes to market with a new unique exterior design as well as the new 2.8l engine as standard.
For the first time on Hilux, the new Invincible X will also be specified with a 9 speaker JBL premium sound system, a new full leather interior and ambient lighting delivering the SUV type cabin that customers want in this segment.
All new Hilux vehicles will also come with Connected car capabilities including features such as driving analytics, maintenance reminders and ‘find my car’.
Customers can choose from a wide range of accessories to personalise their Hilux and equip it to suit their work or leisure requirements. Items include a range of hard tops, roll covers and bedliners.
