Did you know Ron Brooks Toyota has its own Bowling league? Well, we do! It takes place at Ilkeston Bowl on Tuesday evenings throughout the year. The league is comprised of 6 teams and competes for the prize money as well as the Ron Brooks Toyota Bowling League trophy. The League is officially sanctioned by the National body of the sport, the British Tenpin Bowling Association and plays under the rules of that organisation. They’re always on the lookout for new players so if you fancy it please contact league president David Howley via email at davehowley@live.co.uk. You don’t need to be an expert as a handicap system (similar to the one in golf) is employed for all players.
The current champions are Ian, Steve, Colin, Robert and Damon who together make up the formidable Team Nemesis.
