Ron Brooks Suzuki Mansfield Official Launch Event

In March 2015 we were approached by Suzuki GB PLC about the possibility of taking on the official Suzuki Franchise in Mansfield. After months of negotiation, planning and a lot of construction work, we are extremely proud and excited to announce the grand opening and official launch of our brand new, state-of-the-art Suzuki showroom, which was marked by a fantastic launch event on the 14th of June 2016.

 

The showroom was officially declared open by Mrs E.M Brooks, who cut a ribbon on the door to mark this very special occasion for the company.

 

 

On the evening we were joined by dignitaries from Suzuki GB PLC including David Kateley, ‎General Manager Sales Operations, Francesca Regan, Regional Sales Manager, and John Bradley, Zone Aftersales Manager. Also in attendance were around 70 customers new and old, representatives from Mansfield Town FC and Mansfield 103.2 as well as the people who made this all possible, the Architect Rob Oxley and representatives from the construction company D.H. Harvey. Overall there was around 130 people in attendance and it was great to see such a good turnout on the evening, despite the inclement weather.

Entertainment was provided by American Magician Atlas Brookings and we had a “Roll the Dice” competition to win a brand New Suzuki Vitara, though unfortunately nobody managed to roll 7 Vitaras and claim the top prize. Canapes and drinks were served throughout the evening which went down well with all who attended.

 

 

Managing Director Kevin Slack gave a speech in which he thanked all for taking the time out to attend the event and gave insight into how quickly everything changed for Ron Brooks he was approached by a Suzuki GB representative in March 2015.

 

Following Kevin’s Speech, David Kateley gave a few words about our new partnership with Suzuki and the new products that are coming to Suzuki in the coming months which include a new Ignis and SX4 S-Cross.

 

 

Overall the event was a great success and we would like to thank everybody who came and made the launch such a success.
