*If I change my mind before ordering
- Once you have chosen your car, simply contact your Toyota dealer to reserve your vehicle and pay the refundable £99 fee.
- Customers unable to take a test drive due to national or local COVID-19 restrictions can reserve a new Toyota vehicle by paying a fully refundable £99 reservation fee to your selected participating Toyota dealer. The vehicle will be reserved until the customer is able to take a test drive or until 30 April 2021, whichever is soonest.
- If you change your mind and decide not to order the vehicle, your chosen dealer will return the reservation fee to you in full.
- If you go on to purchase a vehicle from your dealer, your reservation fee will be refunded to you once you have placed an order.
- Online reservations are available on retail sales, to UK residents aged 18 and over only. Excludes GR Yaris.
^If I change my mind after delivery
If you are not completely happy you can return your new vehicle to the dealer up to 14 days after delivery. Full terms and conditions can be supplied by your chosen dealer and may include the following:
- Please email the dealer to confirm you would like to return the car within 14 days of handover of the vehicle.
- Return the vehicle to the dealer at your own expense within 7 days of the cancellation.
- You can test drive the vehicle on delivery (up to 50 miles), but if the vehicle loses any value as a result of handling by you which is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the vehicle (for example, if you damage it or run up excessive mileage of over 50 miles), your dealer will need to deduct the reduction in value from your refund.
- If you have part-exchanged your old vehicle, your dealer will repay to you the value assigned to the vehicle as part of your purchase, less any payments they have had to make to clear any outstanding finance.
- Your dealer will then liaise with you and process your cancellation. Your dealer will reimburse all payments due (subject to any relevant deductions as noted above) within 14 days of the vehicle being returned, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
- Any contract to purchase the vehicle will be made between the customer and the Toyota dealer and will be subject to a separate contract of sale between the customer and the Toyota Dealer and or a separate agreement between you and your finance provider if you propose to finance the vehicle.
If you have purchased on finance
- If you have entered into a finance arrangement for the vehicle, you should refer to your finance agreement about your rights to cancel your order for the vehicle and your rights to withdraw from or terminate your finance agreement.
- If you have funded the vehicle via a finance agreement, you need to let your finance provider know if you wish to withdraw from or terminate your agreement.
- You will need to confirm your desire to cancel your purchase and your finance agreement within 14 days of finance activation.
- Please refer to your finance agreement for all terms and conditions.
