Toyota Safety Sense – Standard on all new 2016 Prius

Toyota Safety Sense, as featured on Auris, Avensis, Yaris & AYGO, will be standard across the range on all-new Prius, with additonal features not previously seen.

This means that in addition to Forward collision warning and autonomous emergency braking, lane depature alert, road sign assist and automatic high-beam, the new Prius will also feature radar-guided adaptive cruise control, that keeps you a set distance from the vehicle in front of you. As well as this, the upgraded Toyota safety sense is now not only able to detect other cars but also pedestrians who may be in the car’s path, and alert the driver accordingly.
