Meet (from left to right) Jamie Patey, Rob Sanchez and Gary Martin, who make up the 3-strong sales team, on hand 7 days a week. Here we get to know the people behind the name badges and job titles!
Rob, who has been with the business for 9 years, has been part of the Ron Brooks Suzuki success story since we opened the doors in August 2015. He enjoys travelling around Europe in his motorhome and takes part in an array of extreme water sports such as parasailing and powerboating.
“What I love about Ron Brooks Suzuki is the overall quality and balance of customer service that we offer. The great feedback we get from our customers it what gets me up in the morning.
“My favourite Suzuki model is the Swift Sport – it’s quicker than you think and the handling is brilliant!” Says Rob.
Gary is celebrating 1 year as a member of the team here at Ron Brooks, having initially joined the Toyota side of the business before moving into Suzuki earlier this year. In his spare time he loves family days out and is a member of the local golf club. An avid follower of Liverpool FC, Gary tries to get to many games as he can – and watched the 4-0 thrashing of Barcelona in a pre-season friendly at Wembley Stadium.
“I enjoy it here at Ron Brooks because Suzuki is such a forward-thinking brand. The cars are fantastic, customers love them and that makes my job a lot easier!
“My favourite model is the new Baleno, which is unbelievably roomy and has a great engine.” says Gary.
Jamie recently joined the team from a dealership in his hometown of Lincoln, having been in motor retail for most of his career. In his spare time he likes to go to as many football games as possible, in particular Leeds United and Lincoln City games.
“This is the best showroom I have ever worked in. It is a state-of-the-art facility with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. It’s the best way to show off the Suzuki range.
“The Vitara S has to be my favourite Suzuki. Its engine packs a real punch and it looks great too.” Says Jamie.
