Ron Brooks have been supporting the Flintham and Southwell Shows & Ploughing Matches for many years, and this year the weather has been great so far.
Yesterday we were at Flintham Show, and it was a beautiful sunny and warm day, with only the occasional gust of wind. There was lots to see and do at the Ploughing Match, with all kinds of vintage farming equipment on show. Lots a school children enjoyed a ride on the “Tractor Bus” which ferried people around the main show ring, and there were plenty of animals showcasing their talents too.
It was also just the second time we’ve lined up our new Suzuki range with our Toyota cars, with the third scheduled for Southwell.
Tomorrow we’ll be at the Southwell show which is being held in Oxton. Having been up today it looks like it’s going to be very busy! In the main ring we can look forward to Ridden Hunters, Private Driving, the famous JCB Digger Dance, Pony Club, Parade of Hounds and much much more.
