During this period of uncertainty, we at Ron Brooks would like to take this opportunity to reassure all of our loyal customers and colleagues that we are taking all necessary steps to maintain a safe and protective environment at our centres in Ilkeston and Mansfield. Both centres remain open and are fully operational.

We have increased the levels of cleaning and hygiene protocols in line with government advice and regularly sanitise all areas used by our staff and customers. We have also considered and implemented significant hygiene and cleanliness enhancements specific to our business. Our courtesy cars and demonstrators are cleaned every morning but are also now being sanitised throughout the day with antibacterial spray and wipes.

We understand a car is the key mode of transport for many of you and therefore require it to be in good working order to go about your lives. We have always offered a free collection and delivery service and have increased this capacity to make it easier for you to book your car in without having to come to the dealership, should you wish. Our showrooms and premises are constantly cleaned and sanitised throughout the day to keep up our usual high standards. We are providing areas in the showroom away from others should you wish. Our sales teams are available to carry out test drives at your home and all transactions can be carried out on our site or at your home if you prefer.

We are constantly monitoring the progress of the situation and will constantly evaluate and adjust our processes and procedures as government advice changes. We are confident that we can continue to provide you with the usual high standards of service you expect from Ron Brooks during this difficult period and will take whatever measures are necessary to maintain these high levels of service.

Whilst these are exceptional times, as usual, the entire Ron Brooks team are working tirelessly to ensure our customers are in good hands, which is down to their dedication to Ron Brooks’ very own strapline – ‘a passion for excellence’. This is a phrase we don’t just say, we do our very best to deliver, in whatever circumstances. We would therefore like to place on record our sincere thanks to all our colleagues for their unfaltering commitment during this time.

Ron Brooks has always supported the local community and across the East Midlands over a range of interests. We will continue to do whatever we can, but also urge you to support local businesses, each other and particularly the most vulnerable.
