The safety of our customers and colleagues is still our number one priority, and as such we would like to reassure you that we will continue with our high levels of safety and hygiene measures. As we have re-opened a number of times during the last year, and our aftersales departments have remained open as an essential service, we already have excellent procedures and equipment to ensure your visit is as safe as possible. This includes the ability to have unaccompanied test drives, Hand sanitisation stations, one-way systems, regular sanitisation of vehicles between use, enhanced cleaning throughout the day across all areas and Perspex screens in sales and aftersales.

When you collect your new vehicle from us or following your service you will notice Sanitisation Security Seals placed across the driver’s door, giving you the confidence, the vehicle has been deeply cleansed and sanitised. Our colleagues do wear appropriate PPE, and we kindly ask when you visit us you do the same too, unless exempt.

Our aftersales departments will remain open as usual for servicing, MOT and Repairs/ Bodyshop. Our trade parts business is fully operational.

Whilst you can come and browse at your leisure, we strongly suggest arranging an appointment before coming on site, this helps us make your visit comfortable and manage social distancing.

We are still here remotely

Over the last year we have heavily invested in digital technology to ensure we have been able to operate. Although we are physically opening our doors, we will continue to offer a digital sales experience from the comfort of your own home if you do not wish to visit us yet. We can arrange video appointments, vehicle video walk-arounds or talk on the telephone. We will also continue offering contactless handover experiences of CLICK AND COLLECT (where you do not need to visit us until you collect your vehicle) and will also offer HOME DELIVERY services.

What else have Ron Brooks been doing?

Whilst we have had some team members working throughout the pandemic, serving essential key workers and providing essential servicing and MOT to these workers and emergency vehicles, we have had most of our teams back for some months now, operating in a safely COVID secure way to service you, our customers.

Our sales and after sales staff have had continual training for the last 3 months to keep them up to speed with the new products and processes that are now available. Both the manufacturer brands we represent (Suzuki and Toyota) have fantastic new products which you can now come and view and test drive.

We’ve had additional electric vehicle charging points fitted, refreshed and upgraded our interiors and facilities. We continue to have robust COVID procedures in place. Our staff are now tested once per week as part of the workplace testing scheme.

As you can see, we have been busy making sure we can offer you the best service when we reopen our showrooms.
